PCT No. PCT/FI82/00055 Sec. 371 Date Jun. 27, 1983 Sec. 102(e) Date Jun. 27, 1983 PCT Filed Nov. 3, 1982 PCT Pub. No. WO83/01671 PCT Pub. Date May 11, 1983.In the combustion of granular fuels in current use the ash causes problems in fusing, in connection with combustion and ash extraction and additionally in the form of fuel lost when it becomes intermingled with the ash. In the burner according to the invention the fuel is continuously fed (1) into the combustion space (9). The combustion air is fed (4) to the space (10) between the tubular parts (2,3) and from there on through the lower holes (11) in the primary air flange (7) to the perforations (12) in the grate (5) below the combustion fuel layer. The secondary air is led through the flange (7) upper part by way of the turboelements (14) and air slits (13), as a horizontally swirling air flow through the combustion chamber (9) to the furnace, where gases are burned while flowing in at a horizontal level. The flame flowing on this horizontal axis combusts any burning fuel which may have fallen to the bottom of the furnace. The ashes are extracted through the open mouth of the combustion chamber (9) to the bottom of the furnace, partly fused and partly dry. Alternatively ashes fall to the feed base located in the combustion chamber (9) from which it is extracted from the boiler. 公开号:SU1342431A3 申请号:SU833675077 申请日:1983-12-02 公开日:1987-09-30 发明作者:Орьяла Маркку 申请人:Валтион Текниллинен Туткимускескус (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
The invention relates to devices for burning granulated fuel, in particular okrashey, and can be used in boilers for central heating, operating on solid fuel burned on a horizontal grate, metal rods or hearth with continuous lining, when using the 10-axis flow, secondary air enters into the combustion chamber 5, which passes through the combustion chamber 5 into the boiler furnace, where the gases flowing horizontally are burned. Horizontal granulated fuel produced from artificially dried material with high ash content. The purpose of the invention is the improvement of ash removal, improvement of the quality of burning. 15 flames ensure the burning fuel and reducing heat loss from fuel into the ash. Figure 1 shows the burner with a partial digging; 2 shows an embodiment of the burner, a longitudinal section; in FIG. 3, view A in FIG. 2. The burner contains an internal fuel pipe 1 and an external air supply pipe 2 interconnected by a flange 3 with openings 4 for the passage of air and connected to pipes 1 and 2 a combustion chamber 5 with a grate 6 in the lower part of the combustion chamber 5 is designed as a cylinder that extends the air supply of the air supply pipe 1 and is separated from it by a flange 3, and the grate 6 is installed in contact with the under-grid space 7, which is connected to the air supply pipe 2 through holes 4 in the bottom of the flange 3 for under water is primary air, and the upper part of the flange 3 is equipped with turbo elements 8, the holes 9 in it are made slit for supplying secondary air to the chamber, 5 combustion. The fuel supply pipe 1 is equipped with a screw 10 for supplying fuel. In the wall of the air supply pipe 2, there is a hole 11 for supplying aerated combustion dp. The grate is made with openings 12, the combustion chamber 5 is fitted with an ignition hatch 13, and the fuel supply pipe 1 is connected to the fuel bunker 14. The burner works as follows. The fuel is supplied from the fuel tank 14 by means of a slowly rotating screw 10 or some other method of continuous supply through the fuel supply pipe 1 to the combustion chamber 5. Combustion air (primary fed through the holes 11 into the air supply pipe 2, and from there - through the holes 4 in the lower part of the flange 3 under the grate 6, through the holes 12 - under the layer of fuel fed to the grid 6. Through the turbo elements 8 and the slit holes 9 in rotating around a horizontal 0 five five 0 0 five 0 five fuel that may fall to the bottom of the furnace. The burner is ignited, for example, through a manhole 13 for ignition. In this example, the ash is partially melted, and partially dry, is pushed out of the outlet of the combustion chamber 5 to the bottom of the furnace. The burner can also be equipped with a separate screw conveyor to remove ash, located in the lower part of the fuel feed screw so that the ash falls on the open pan, an extension of the screw housing of the combustion chamber 5, from where the screw moves it to the external ash collection point. An advantage of the invention is that the service interval is longer than the existing technology. This interval is independent of the action of the burner and is determined by the volume of the ash pan, the size of the fuel supply bin and the fuel characteristics. An additional advantage of the burner in accordance with the invention is its suitability for inclusion in an automatic heating system due to its ability to continuously control power. The burner is particularly suitable for burning briquetted peat dp, but the principle of operation can also be used for other granulated fuels. The proposed burner can improve ash removal, improve the quality of fuel combustion, and reduce heat loss from fuel ingestion into ash.
